As a Banff family photographer, there are some photo sessions that just feel very special to be a part of.
this was one of them.
First of all, it's pretty cool when you meet people and immediately feel very comfortable around them. The Mymryk family was so warm and funny to be around, I really enjoyed spending the evening in Banff National Park with them.
Secondly, they were also celebrating their ten-year wedding anniversary. This made everything even more special and was a great excuse to pop some bubbly together in the mountains!

If you have ever had the pleasure of visiting Banff National Park you know how beautiful it is. I am thankful every day that I get to be a family photographer here. There are endless stunning locations with incredible mountain views no matter which way you look.
For this family photo session in Banff, we had a literal 360-degree mountain view. The Mymryk family needed the perfect spot for their family photos and to celebrate their ten-year wedding anniversary.
Ten years and two kids later, this family knows how to love each other and have fun together. They are so warm and loving with each other, it was really nice to spend the evening being their family photographer. We spent their family photo session sharing stories, and marriage advice, laughing with their two boys, and taking in the beauty of Banff National Park.
They even brought a bottle of champagne to pop in celebration!
